The renter must be able to retain coherency and responsibility throughout the course of the event. It is expected that the renter participate in setup, packdown and cleanup for the event unless otherwise discussed. Unless explicitly otherwise organised, the renter is responsible for power, access to the site, lighting, booth setup, DJ equipment. By hiring this system the renter agrees to be held responsible for any damages, and the costs associated with the repairs of said damage. The renter is also responsible for managing the noise pollution of the event. We require payment in full 3 days prior to hire date at the latest. In the case of cancellation, partial refunds may be given. This works on a case by case basis but, a cancellation within 48 hours of the hire date refunds may not be given, if cross-hire has been organised refunds will depend on the refund policy of the third party, a small fee may be retained for the admin time ($50-100 depending on the size of the event).
